Rocking Elephant’s Memory Tree House

I was thinking a lot about memories and how they come back to you in different ways. The little house on this piece symbolizes memories of my own childhood, especially the little houses and towns I used to make. I originally thought to make more houses in the tree but this is the only one that fit. I still look at this piece and see that it can mean a lot of other mysterious things. It is a very open-ended piece that seems to tell a different story each time it is viewed (a lot like memories).
