THE STORY OF COSMIC CLOUDS
Cosmic clouds came about from experimenting with ceramic glazes and the chemical reactions when different colors fused together at almost 2000 degrees. Many of the mixed glazes create halo effects and new colors that give the feeling of floating clouds.

Like many quality works of abstract art, the resulting cosmic effects often act as an art viewer's Rorschach test. One person may see an animal, another may see a solar flare or a human figure. My imagery has originated from not only views of the cosmos, but also of the earth when photographed from far above. In some, the imagery is derived from close-up views of botanical forms - flowers or seedlings.
